Towson University's Campus Recreation Services hosted the 26th annual 5K (3.1 miles) Turkey Run Saturday, November 22. They raised more then $450 for Alex's Lemonade Stand. The Fitness and Wellness center at Burdick Hall held its annual weightlifting competition last Friday to a large turnout of spectators and contestants. A 5K run, hike and one mile fun walk will take place on Novembe 8 in Cromwell Valley Park, located five miles from Towson University. The event is hosted by TALMAR, Inc., a local non-profit flower farm. Baltimore County Police have arrested Ian Alexander Murphy, 24, of the 1000-block of Cedarcroft Road, Sunday October 12 for the rape of a 21-year-old woman on October 6.
